We have delivered in excess of 2,500 units in fifteen cities spanning the UK since formation in 2011 and now employ sixty highly experienced and professional members of staff from three regional offices in Yorkshire, Humberside and Lancashire.

We have the capacity, capability and experience to become involved as early as site acquisition stage. The business has provided feasibility studies, development appraisals and residual value computations and have advised on numerous site acquisitions using in-house Architects and Engineers.

Beaumont Morgan are then able to produce and submit detailed planning applications and provide construction issue drawings to our development team who will proceed to deliver a ‘turn-key’ project and assist at every stage along the way.

We understand the complexities within the design and build sector and achieve successful results with as little as a client brief.

Gareth is a commercially driven and customer focused professional with sound decision-making skills and an aptitude for figures and problem solving.

He is highly motivated and has a strong vision for the future growth and development of the company. He has been a key member in successfully managing the company though the economic downturn and is now driving the company to become a market leader within the industry.

Business leadership and strategic direction in quality, service and safety are Gareth’s primary objectives. Perhaps most valued is his non-hierarchical approach to the business structure, making the workplace culture communicative and engaging.


Design Director

Dan is a committed team leader with a keen eye for detail. As Design Director he plans and executes the design delivery strategies for projects from RIBA stages 1 to 5, monitor key performance indicators for consultants and manages allocation of consultants. Qualified with a First Class Degree in Structural Engineering with Architecture, he leads his team to ensure flawless, efficient & cost effective designs are implemented on all our clients’ projects.

Commercial Director

Helen is a highly accomplished Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Helen has held various senior commercial positions within businesses in the North West, including Pochin Construction, MG Gleeson and Carillion.

Her particular specialisms are dispute avoidance, risk management and financial knowledge within construction.

As Commercial Director at Beaumont Morgan Helen has overall responsibility for the contractual and commercial function of the business.

Chris Smith

Construction Director

Chris has a proven track record as an results orientated construction professional in successfully delivering new build, refurbishment and fit out construction projects for both private and public sector clients.

He is a strong leader acknowledged for work winning and post contractor customer service as well as operational delivery.

Over the last 17 years he has taken full day to day responsibility as a Contracts Manager and then as a Construction Director for the success, safety, quality and programme compliance, as well as project profitability across the North West businesses of Shepherd Construction and ISG Construction, whilst maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and trade contractors.

As Construction Director at Beaumont Morgan Chris is responsible for all aspects of operational delivery.
